IMPORTS & DUTIES

Our warehouse for international orders (all orders outside the UK) is located within the European Union. Customers from outside the EU (including in the US and UK) will be liable for paying any potential local duties and import taxes if applicable to their order. Should this be the case, the relevant authorities or the shipping company will contact you (once the shipment reaches its destination country) with further information on such taxes, which must be paid by you before the goods can be delivered. Zelens are unable to cover local duties and import taxes.

RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website. Zelens Ltd hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened packaging, in unused and undamaged condition. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchases where the seal is broken. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before confirming a refund. Goods not in their original condition, which do not qualify for a refund, will be returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For approved refunds: on receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods, exclusive of the initial delivery charge. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender within 30 days of Zelens Ltd receiving the returned goods.
