Application
- Prep skin by using 2/3 pumps of our Zelens Hyaluron Intense serum, sweep over entire face.
- Apply the Lens Ready foundation using a makeup sponge or fingers.
- With buildable coverage layer until you have the desired coverage and blend.
- Pro Tip – to increase the longevity of your foundation spritz lightly over face with our Zelens Microbiota P3 Mist.
Removal
- Using 3 to 4 pumps (dependant on the coverage) of Shiso Balm cleanser into the palm of your hands and gently massage into the skin.
- Emulsify with a little water, rinse or use a facial cloth and pat dry.
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8: A peptide composed of 6 amino acids. Reduces the levels of the epigenetic regulator microRNA-145 in skin cells and reactivates epidermal renewal. Smooths skin surface, boosts radiance and improves overall appearance of the complexion.
Prebiotics: A blend of sugar molecules called α-glucooligosaccharides obtained from corn and beetroot, and β-fructooligosaccharides derived from yacon tubers (Polymnia sonchifolia). Prebiotics support the growth of good (beneficial) bacteria on the skin surface to help rebalance healthy skin microflora, demonstrate excellent moisturising properties and promote healthier skin.
Probiotics: A blend of inactivated bacteria from 2 bacterial strains (Lactobacillus Casei, Lactobacillus Acidohilus). Probiotics help to maintain, optimise and restore the natural microflora of the skin, support the skin’s natural immune defences, enhance the recovery of its barrier function and exhibit a potent soothing effect.
Hyaluronic Acid: A full spectrum of different molecular weights (very low, low and medium) of pure hyaluronic acid working in synergy. Shows multiple activities improves skin moisture, strengthens barrier function, helps to retain and maintain skin elasticity, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and restores skin suppleness.
Shiso (Perilla frutescens): Shiso, also known as Japanese mint, is a plant rich in polyphenols (particularly rosmarinic acid) and triterpenoids (particularly ursolic acid). We use an extract obtained from Shiso leaf which demonstrates excellent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-allergic properties. Shiso leaf has been used for years in Kampo medicine due to strong detox properties, and its ability to soothe sensitive skin and prevent skin reactivity.
